According to the reality star, you should never skip breakfast, reports Just Jared. The 32-year-old reality star believes that you cannot drive a car without an empty tank. It means you should never start off your day without breakfast.

Another important tip from Khloe Kardashian, is that you must always have your workout bag packed so that you never miss your sessions. According to her, a quick workout is fine but only for a short time and no one should make it a regular habit. The current girlfriend of Tristan Thompson also believes that you must indulge occasionally, so that you are not tempted to give up your entire diet.

Dedication, Sweat, And Tears For Enviable Curves

Khloe Kardashian shared her experience when she hit the gym for the first time. According to the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star, she was frustrated initially, as she did not have a dream body. She believes that it takes dedication, tears, and sweat to get an enviable body and it is one of the most rewarding feelings ever, reports The Standard.

Khloe Kardashian added that intimidation is a big factor that comes into your decision to start a workout. However, she adds that when it comes to diet or exercise it is best to start slowly, week-by-week. She could not do everything the first day when it came to limiting certain foods.

Khloe Kardashian first cut out diary, and then in the second week, she cut down on fizzy drinks and then juices in the third week. So, the reality star believes that instead of hurrying things if you want to lose weight, it is better to start slowly and then stick to what you have started.
