Molinari, a Napa-based café offers wine-infused coffee that is currently in high demand after media caught with its press release late February. The blend is made from of full-bodied coffee beans, carefully dried and hand roasted in small batches, mixed with artisan-crafted wine.

Fox News reports that coffee lovers who would love to have something to perk you up in the morning while enjoying the relaxing flavor of red wine have their prayers answered with this new coffee blend mix from Napa's emerging cafes, Molinari, located at the Molinari Private Reserve. The product was introduced in a news release late February and is making rounds online for its unique and exciting flavor.

Rick Molinari, owner of the Molinari Caffe in Napa Valley, California revealed that he came up with the wine-infused coffee idea back in 2013 after talking to his friend and fellow coffee roaster, John Weaver, also from Napa and member of the Wild Card Roasters LLC. The two thought that this idea would offer coffee drinkers and wine lovers "the best of both worlds."

Molinari Caffe's owner did not initially think that the coffee blend would become this big, Forbes reports. Molinari initially shipped 175 bags of the coffee and then immediately received requests for an additional 60 bags a day after. Molinari was already selling the beans in 2014, however, with a magnitude 6.0 earthquake that shook Northern California in 2014, he was forced to put the perfecting of the bean flavor on hold.

At present, Molinari partners with a Robert Mondavi Winery, Franciscan Estate Winery, and JCB wines to offer the wine-infused coffee beans in regular and decaffeinated varieties. Molinari also started selling the wine-infused coffee beans online.

Each coffee bean is hand-selected from the south of the equator and rehydrated to a specific liquid percentage using custom red Napa wineries created specifically for Molinari, and then dried and toasted. Mixing wine and coffee might sound easy to keep you relaxed and energized at the same time, but experts and nutritionist's advice that this is a dangerous combination.

Thus, Molinari's wine-infused coffee beans is the best option there is, available at present to enjoy the full-bodied flavor of coffee and the relaxing hint of red wine.
