Kim Kardashian weight loss is giving everyone #BodyGoals as the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star quickly shed off her pregnancy weight after giving birth to second child, Saint West. Kim Kardashian enviously bounced back to her pre-mommy body and kept shedding off the pounds. The reality star credits her new slimmer figure to Khloe Kardashian's revenge body and made Lamar Odom's ex-wife's new body transformation her motivation.

Speaking with People Magazine, Kim Kardashian West shared her weight loss journey. The 36-year-old mother of two revealed how she exactly lost 70 lbs. after giving birth to her baby boy. "I think dieting is so important to weight loss, whereas, I didn't really ever think that before," the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star told the site.

Kim Kardashian weight loss is the result of following a strict meal plan. To achieve her current weight, Mrs. West credits her impressive weight loss to Atkins 40 meal plan. The Atkins 40 meal plan is specifically made to help out moms who are still breastfeeding. Since the baby is sharing the nutrients of the mother, the goal of the Atkins 40 meal plan is to give enough calories for both mom and the baby.

This is in addition to helping the mother lose weight at the same time. It was the perfect choice for Kim Kardashian weight loss after giving birth to her second child. Kim Kardashian also revealed that after seeing her younger sister, Khloe Kardashian, naked, she was inspired to focus even more on losing weight.

Khloe Kardashian has been crediting her weight loss to working out intensely every single day and watching her food intake. The reality star also mentioned multiple times in "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" series that she had given up eating red meat, such as beef and pork.
