The much loved Korean romance drama "Moonlight Drawn By Clouds" starring Park Bo-Gum and Kim Yoo-Jung is coming to an end. While the finale episode 17 was recently aired on October 17, episode 18 will be aired on October 18 on KBS2 followed by a special episode after the finale. 

Prior to episode 17, the KBS2 series' last episode showed Prime Minister Kim announcing that Crown Prince Lee Yeong (Park Bo Gum) has been involved with the perceived traitor Hong Ra-On (Kim Yoo-Jung). Prince Yeong is then ordered to kill Ra-On, but when he hesitates to do so, the rebel soldiers turn against the king including Lee Yeong's confidant Byung Yeon.

Since then, there have been two major rumors doing rounds of how the finale episodes 17 and 18 will seal the fate of the two lovers in the series.

One theory states that Prince Yeong will choose his royal duties over the love of his life and hence will let Ra-On be exiled from the kingdom.

Another theory states that Prince Yeong will die protecting Ra-On. This assumption was based on the episode 18 previews that show the Prince in a stand-off with the palace guards.

The recently aired episode 17 has ended showing Prince Yeong falling down unconscious upon drinking a tonic offered by the Crown Princess. 

 The speculations will be confirmed once episode 18 airs on October 18, 10:00 PM KST on KBS2.  

It has been announced that the finale will then be followed by a special episode featuring interviews with the cast, production, behind the scenes and even a recap of the show's best scenes. 

Another big highlight of the special episode is that Bo-Gum, the lead star of the series will be singing a ballad titled "My Someone (The One For Me)" as an OST for the series. The song was released on Oct. 11, and it topped the charts as Bo-Gum impressed his fans with his singing talent.
