Viewers simply can't wait for the latest spoilers for their ultimate fave Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo. The series is about to end and it's yet to be seen what's really gonna happen to Hae Soo and Wang So. But as much as we hope for a happy ending, it looks unlikely that this is going to happen.

The show's Chinese counterpart of "Scarlet Heart" (Bu Bu Jing Xin), Hae So, Ruo Xi died and the Fourth Prince (Yinzhen) became the Emperor. In 2013, the Eighth Prince in the series was sentenced to death and the 14th prince passed on because of his illness. That left the Fourth Prince to rule the Kingdom all by himself. This, according to itechpost.

According to NewsEveryday, fans must also remember that Hae Soo is from the future so it's just but normal for her to go back to her own time by the time the series ends. As shown in the first episode, she saves a drowning child before she was brought to the past. She attempted to go back to the future by going to the prince's bath but failed. This might be a hint that she can only return to where she came from if she encounters another life and death event.

The latest teasers reveal that things are pretty tough with the lead characters. Fourth Prince and Wang Mu's niece, Zhao is set to have a bethrowal. The King will be discovered to have another disease while Third Prince Wang Yo is plotting another coup.

Rumors are also circulating that Zhao is actually Lady Gyeonghwagung. She's the girl that the fourth prince married in the history of Korea. There's this theory that Fourth Prince Wang So actually married one of his relatives in Shine or Go Crazy, another Korean drama.

But here's the good news. Even if our beloved Wang Yo and Hae Soo don't make it in the past, there's a possibility they will still make it as a couple in the future. In the Chinese version of the show, Ruo Xi woke up in the hospital after her death in the past and sees a museum painting who looks just like her. Then she meets a boy who looks exactly like the Fourth Prince. Don't forget to watch it as it airs Monday and Tuesday at 10 p.m. KST on SBS.
