Kate Middleton, along with her husband Prince William has finally managed to wrap up their tour of Scilly Isles with a boat trip despite bad weather conditions.

The royal couple has been previously forced to cancel their plans in Cornwall due to bad weather. However, the couple went on with the trip by boarding a boat to St Martins and also visited Tresco Abbey Gardens.

Notably, Prince William, after visiting the garden mentioned, "We finally made it. At least the rain is good for the plants!"

The pair was welcomed in the small island by Robert Dorrien Smith whose family runs the island since 1834, after it was released from a lease by Duke of Cornwall, reported The Daily Mail.

Earlier in the day, the duchess of Cambridge was found wearing a pair of ankle length pants from Gap. The blue and white patterned plants were worth only $24, as reported by E! Online. Middleton was seen visiting the Eden Project after they were forced to cancel their tour to the Isles of Scilly due to the weather.

Incidentally, the couple spent more than one and a half hour meeting the visitors and touring the attraction.

A visitor brought up a stuffed dinosaur to show the duchess while she was touring Eden. She didn't notice it at first but later on giggled at the stuffed toy.

"She said George loves dinosaurs and would have loved to be here to meet him," the visitor shared.

Since the weather has already improved the royal duo would not be traveling to the main island of St. Mary's but will be  attending events of the neighboring islands.

The Duchess and Prince William were no doubt disappointed when bad weather prevented them travelling to the Isles of Scilly this morning as planned. However, they did get to visit the most popular tourist attraction of Cornwall because of the weather.
