iPhone 7 rumors about Apple replacing the headphone jack continue to swirl with new reports claiming more evidence is available online for the proposed move.

Ever since a patent surfaced last year depicting technology for sound amplification within the body of the phone, rumors about Apple doing away with the headphone jack have gotten stronger. Numerous reports have suggested that the 3.5 mm jack is preventing Apple from making thinner phones. By doing away with the port, Apple can not only thin down its phones but also provide superior digital music through lightning port which is now only used for charging devices.

Vine Report points out that a line in the code of iOS 9.3 beta 1.1 provided by a jailbreaker, reveals the absence of headphone jack while confirming rumors that the new iPhone will release without the jack. Other websites too claimed that the code was indeed reflective of the change.

Numerous features of the iPhone have been speculated up on. Designs and concepts have also been proposed from several quarters. BGR presented a concept from iPhone-Tricks which showed an iPhone of the future with a bezel-less screen running imagined iOS 10. The home button integrates into the screen and slides to perform multiple functions.

Touch ID allows icons to reveal app status information in the video that has been viewed nearly a million times since in the week it has been around.
