On the media front of the phone, the Samsung Galaxy A8 features a 16 mega pixels primary camera with LED flash, geo tagging, auto face detection , HDR, panorama and a 5 mega pixels secondary camera, and comes with an internal storage capacity of 32 GB, which could be further expanded up to 128 GB via a microSD card.

The Samsung Galaxy A8 offers Wi Fi, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, FM Radio, and microUSB v2.0 connectivity options.

The Samsung Galaxy A8 features finger print sensor, accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass sensors and is powered by a non removable Li-Ion 3050 mAh battery, which provides a talk time of up to 17 hours and a music play time of up to 51 hours.

It is available in pearl white, midnight black and champagne gold colors, and is available in the market from July, 2015.
