Daily Mail quotes that the researchers behind the team, including from the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, asserts: ‘Our study findings suggest that sweetened beverage consumption could contribute to heart failure development’.

Due to the mentioned findings, various government policies have been altered and modified in order to accommodate individuals. Avoiding sugar intake every day is the best form of solution and a part of a preventive strategy. Therefore, for longer sustainability it is imperative to have sweetened drinks occasionally and not frequently.
