A Texas teen was recently in the news. Reason? She woke up to a burning smell of her Samsung Galaxy S4 which was under her pillow. The phone had partially melted scorching her sheets and mattress.

Cell phones and other gadgets with screen, give off a type of blue light that might inhibit the production of the sleep-inducing hormone melatonin and disrupt our circadian rhythms.
