"Prison Break" is returning to the TV screens after a long gap of eight years since it ended. An exclusive video features Dominic Purcell, where he shares how Lincoln Burrows, the character portrayed by him, has undergone abig changes from Season 1 to the upcoming Season 5.

Dominic Purcell Shares His Character's Journey in "Prison Break"

In the video, the actor speaks about Lincoln in 2005, when the character was sentenced to death, though he did not murder Tim Steadman. Purcell also speaks about his character twelve years later to draw a contrast.

Things changed drastically for Lincoln after the feature-length finale episode in season 4, Cinema Blend reported. Viewers will recall that Michael Scofield's (Wentworth Miller) supposed demise was shown so that Sara could stay alive.

When "Prison Break" Season 5 starts, the criminal who is hard from outside but basically a softie, will not have his makeshift family beside him and basically has to look back. Lincoln has to start earning money by any means. This could take him back to his old hideouts.

It appears that things will not be easy for Lincoln in the upcoming season but things may improve when it is known that Michael is not dead. However, the exact details of the resurrection are not revealed yet.

In the video, Lincoln is seen bashing someone with a hammer. He then practically throws the other person onto a windshield. He is definitely not in an amused mood and Michael should note this.
