The next episode of "Criminal Minds" will be aired within a few days and its official synopsis is already out. Episode 16 will showcase the plight of a mother who will seek BAU's help. She suspects that there is someone who is quite close to her and yet could be an unsub, Spoiler Guide wrote.

Now, this can be a powerful weapon in the hands of the BAU team to obliterate the chaos created by the "bone crusher." Well-known Hollywood actress and "Academy Award" winning actress Tatum O' Neal will be seen in a guest appearance as the mother, Miranda White in episode 16.

In other news, episode 16 is also likely to feature Dr. Spencer Reid (Matthew Gray Gubler) getting adjusted to a new life behind the bars. He has to follow a host of new rules to survive in jail.

Viewers will remember that Dr. Reid was earlier convicted on the charges of being associated with a drag racing competition that was connected to drugs like heroin and cocaine. Spoilers are suggesting that the upcoming episode will show his efforts to prove himself innocent, as all the proof point towards him, Stars Post noted.

Reid's memory has been altered and he is clueless about his present situation and his connection with Mexico. Viewers will remember that his personal life was revealed earlier. It began with Diana (Jane Lynch), his mother, who had Alzheimer's disease.
