The most recent episode of "Star Wars Rebels" Season 3 certainly featured major developments for Sabine Wren, who ended up reconnecting with her mother after defeating a truly villainous Gar Saxon. It may have resulted in victory for Sabine and the Mandalorians, but "Legacy of Mandalore" also concluded with Ghost losing an important crew member.

How will the crew deal with Sabine's departure in "Star Wars Rebels" Season 3 Episode 17? Can Kanan and Ezra manage to track down an important spy on their own in "Through Imperial Eyes"? In "Legacy of Mandalore", the Ghost crew travelled to Sabine Wren's home, where she finally spoke to her mother Countess Ursa. Although it looked like Ursa was willing to work with the Rebels, she immediately sold them out to Gar Saxon, who then declared Clan Wren as traitors of the Empire.

This leads to a huge fight between the Clan and the Imperial supporters, culminating to an awesome duel where Sabine defeats Saxon, who is ultimately killed by Ursa. Unfortunately, the event also helped Sabine decide to leave the Ghost crew in order help her people find a worthy leader. But will Ghost survive without Sabine in "Star Wars Rebels" Season 3 Episode 17?

The synopsis for "Through Imperial Eyes" makes no mention of Sabine Wren or her departure from the Ghost crew. Nevertheless, the description suggests that everyone will be looking for "a rebel spy" who might be discovered by the Empire. There is a possibility that Kanan, Ezra and the rest of the crew will still have a few issues about Sabine's decision but hopefully they will be able to deal with it in "Star Wars Rebels" Season 3 Episode 17.

But does this mean Sabine Wren is gone for good? Some fans are concerned that she might turn out to be the only rightful leader of the Mandalorians and will never return as a member of the Ghost Crew. However, io9 believes that Sabine will reunite with her friends after "Through Imperial Eyes" and could play an important role in the season finale. "Star Wars Rebels" Season 3 Episode 17 will air on Disney XD on February 25.
