Back in July last year, Netflix debuted yet another groundbreaking web series in the form of "Stranger Things," the sci-fi, '80s-inspired series starring Winona Ryder and Millie Bobby Brown. The series went on to be highly acclaimed, with critics and fans alike rejoicing when news of a renewal was announced by Netflix. Now, the latest news surrounding "Stranger Things" season 2 is that Netflix hints at season premiere this September. What's even more exciting to look forward to is the SuperBowl ad, which preview was already released.

According to Entertainment Weekly, this Sunday's Super Bowl will feature a teaser for "Stranger Things" season 2. With this, fans are looking forward to seeing more of Gaten Matarazzo, Finn Wolfhard, Caleb McLaughlin, Millie Bobby Brown, and Winona Ryder in the series. A first look from the commercial has also been released, and it features the child stars in Ghostbusters costumes by the front steps of Hawkins Middle School. Now what's even more interesting is that Netflix hints at season premiere this September.

That's right, "Stranger Things" season 2 may arrive this September. Clues to this revelation came via Complex, which reported that the show took to Twitter to share a very retro image of a weather forecast for Houston, Texas. In it, there are numbers indicating the temperatures for the weather. Some fans have studied it for some clues that point to what looks like a premiere date for "Stranger Things" season 2. Here's why.

The numbers 58 and 67, when subtracted from one another, yields 9, which may indicate the ninth month of the year, September. 42 and 50, again when subtracted, reveals the number 8. Lastly, the barometric pressure may indicate the year '17, from 30 minus 13. This indicates that "Stranger Things" season 2 may arrive on September 8, 2017.

If this is any indication, it seems that Netflix hints at season premiere of "Stranger Things" season 2. The show recently won a Screen Actors' Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series. This comes as no surprise given the show's massive success.
