One in three of us regularly have dreams about being caught naked in public, according to a new survey.

Researchers also found that nearly half of people have nightmares about public humiliation.

However, many people report frequently have fantasies about sleeping with celebrities and appearing on a favorite television show, according to the survey conducted by mattress company Ergoflex UK.

The study also found that 35 percent of people dream about being naked in public, according to Express.

Another 30 percent say that the frequently have bizarre, irrational dreams that leave them confused, and some people dream about their favorite books and films, acocrding to the Daily Mail.

Researchers found that 75 percent of people admitted that they have felt uncomfortable after having a dream about a friend, sometimes because it was a sexual.  Researchers said a third of respondents have also fought with a partner after an "incriminating" dream.

Experts said that dreams about being naked could mean that a person is feeling vulnerable.

"Other dreams indicate that your sleep has been disturbed, while some show your brain is having difficulty filing information," psychologist Sandra Wheatley told the British newspaper.

"Worrying in our dreams is normal and we shouldn't worry about that, it just shows we care about things," Wheatley said.
