As per a report from Express, Kate Middleton is reportedly getting success in her weight loss plan with the help of her green juice diet. The Duchess of Cambridge allegedly leans on her green juice diet to keep her slim figure.

The outlet revealed that, Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge is reportedly enjoying a specific superfood for her health and diet regimen. Several people have seen her lose weight since her wedding in 2011.

Middleton has a tall and slim figure and she is popular for being the sporty Duchess. She has been seen in different charity events, which involve physical activities.

This could also be one of the reasons why she still has a slender body. Yet, many people still speculate that she is on a green juice diet, which helps boost her fitness. "She drinks smoothies morning and afternoon, containing spirulina, kale, matcha (a finely ground green tea powder), spinach, romaine, cilantro and blueberries,” an onlooker claimed.

Spirulina reportedly contains cyanobacteria, which lives in the water and can be able to manufacture it’s own food. It is recommended to vegetarians, as it ensures that they get all of the needed iron in their body. It also contains Vitamin B1 which is needed for fats and proteins digestion.
