'Outlander' Season 3 News & Update: First Trailer Of Season Revealed; Jaime & Claire To Reunite [VIDEO]

"Outlander" Season 3 revealed its first trailer. This gives fans a glimpse of what Claire (Caitriona Balfe) and Jaime's (Sam Heughan) fate would be in the upcoming season.

Claire will go back to her life in the present in "Outlander" Season 3. Jaime, on the other hand, tries to survive right after the Battle of Culloden. Claire is pregnant in this upcoming season according to Deadline.

The series is based on the book by Diana Gabaldon and "Outlander" Season 3 is adapted from the third book "Voyager." Claire and Jaime both make a life separate from each other as the former gets to start a new life with her husband Frank (Tobias Menzies).

This first trailer of "Outlander" Season 3 gets to give fans a look on how Jaime struggles with life apart from Claire and healing the wounds from his loss. It also lets fans view how Claire is when she gets back to her present life with her husband.

It can be recalled that Claire was pregnant and was sent home by Jaime in the finale of "Outlander" Season 2. It is hinted that Claire and Jaime are to find their way back to each other in the third season. They may be two different individuals when they finally reunite, as reported by E! News.

Meet The Dunsany Sisters

Meanwhile, the Dunsany sisters are to be introduced in "Outlander" Season 3. They both will have an important part in Jaime's life in the upcoming season. There also will be other characters to be introduced once the season kicks in.

In the meantime, there are hints that Briana (Sophie Skelton) will learn that her real father is alive after 20 years. It has been believed that Claire always thought that Jaime died in the battle. It is Briana that will convince her that Jaime is still alive in "Outlander" Season 3.
