Mama June Shannon stunned the world when she showed her new, fitter physique on her reality show "Mama June: From Not To Hot" a few days ago. From 460 lbs., she has gone to a size 4 after doing meal portions, exercise, and weight-loss surgeries like gastric sleeve surgery, skin removal, breast augmentation and cosmetic dental procedures.

The American reality star who is known for her show "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" has also lost weight like her mother. Eleven-year-old Honey Boo Boo, whose real name is Alana Thompson, reportedly lost 7 lbs., as revealed by Mama June on People Now.

The 17-year-old Pumpkin, meanwhile, has also lost 4 lbs. This just shows how the little girls are following the footsteps of their mother into a healthier lifestyle.

Keeping The Excess Weight Off

The girls' secret in losing weight is simply being more active. They have been exercising and going on a balanced diet like their mom while being disciplined on portion control.

Meanwhile, when asked about whether she will go back to her old weight, Mama June answered that she is determined not to go back to her size before and she is sure of that because she knows herself, as per the PEOPLE.com.

She says the secret is just maintaining her figure now. Mama June also admits that she is obsessed with the scale and she beats herself up when she sees even a "few ounces or a pound."

There are also no regrets for Mama June as it is her philosophy in life not to start something that she would regret; thus she sticks with the decisions she made. As for the Honey Boo Boo now and then transformation, fans will just have to wait on what is next for the child beauty pageant contestant.
