Katy Perry Turns Up With Cat-Eye Look

Recently, lots of celebrities joined Elton John at his birthday party in Los Angeles. Big celebs and fashion icons, including the likes of Kym Johnson, Isla Fisher, and Heidi Klum attended the party in fitted frocks, reports Daily Mail.

However, it was Katy Perry who turned heads by pairing her single blue eyeliner with a single dot just below her lower lash lines. The "Rise" singer looked stunning in her sequined Rosario dress with halter-neck.

The special dramatic cat-eye effect was the work of make-up artist, Anthony H. Nguyen, who painted the lids of Katy Perry with a jewel-tone blue and winging it skillfully to ensure the special impact. She is one of the many celebrities who has been trying out the magical polka-dot eyeliner effect.

Apart from her, Emma Roberts wore the look for the LA Art Show in Jan. this year. Even Amber Rose followed it, albeit with a complete dotted effect.

The 32-year-old singer and the 24-year-old model braided colorful fake hair and then used additional hair packs for getting extra length, as well as volume. With that extra length, they constructed a fishtail braid. Both Katy Perry and Cara looked outstanding, different and perfectly fashionable in their new hair styles.
