That can be one reason why the ex-wife of Tom Cruise thinks that she should get married to Foxx. Although there is no confirmation from Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx regarding these marriage theories, both stars have been spotted cozying up several times recently.

The pair has always denied their link-up reports and many believe that Tom Cruise has something to do with it. However, that did not stop them from dating each other in private. According to Celebeat, Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx enjoyed a quiet dinner in South Beach a few days ago.

The source also added that the duo was spotted going to Soho House Miami together. According to the eyewitness, they were holding hands while taking a stroll near the pool in the private hotel area.

Incidentally, the area is restricted only to club members. So even though Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx have been denying their relationship, they do spend quality time with each other.

Jamie Foxx May Adopt Suri Cruise?

For the "Dawson's Creek" actress, nothing is more important than her 11-year-old daughter. Recently while talking about Suri, Holmes said that her daughter is very creative and understands Hollywood as she has almost grown up on lots of sets, reports UPI.

And even though Suri has a father, the "Mission: Impossible" star has not seen her or met her for years now. That is why, Holmes allegedly feels that it is high time her girl gets a father figure in her life. So, it is quite possible that if a  Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx marriage happens, the latter may reportedly adopt her legally.
