These workouts include high-intensity interval-training or better known as HIIT.

There will be days that Melissa McCarthy will do 30 minutes of martial arts, 10 minutes on the rowing machine, wall sits, jumping jacks, body weight squats, reverse crunches, and lower back extensions. In order for the "ghostbusters" actress to not get bored in doing same exact routine all the time, in some days she will do 10 minutes burpees and skipped ropes.

To maintain Melissa McCarthy weight loss and to keep losing more, the "Gilmore Girls" star has to keep her body moving and have an exercise regimen.
