This pregnancy I have a little bit more anxiety just because I know what's to come and it's really inevitable some of the issues that I'm going to have. You know, I have a high-risk delivery and all of that gives me such anxiety," the 35-year old mom told E! Online in an exclusive interview.

It can be remembered that Kim experienced high-risk pregnancy while conceiving her first baby as her placenta would not come out even after her successful delivery of baby North. The condition, placenta accrete, had let her doctor to prolong the birthing operation causing so much risk and pain for the reality TV star.

"My doctor had to stick his entire arm in me and detach the placenta with his hand, scraping it away from my uterus with his fingernails. How disgusting and painful!!! My mom was crying; she had never seen anything like this before," Kardashian recalled. "My delivery was fairly easy, but then going through that - it was the most painful experience of my life! They gave me a second epidural but we were racing against time, so I just had to deal," Kim shared in her blog post as mentioned in US Magazine.

The reality TV personality worried she might resort to hysterectomy or the complete removal of her uterus, luckily, her doctor, Dr. Paul Crane that the possibility is a remote one.

"...in a very rare case, I might need a hysterectomy after delivery if my condition is severe enough" but that "luckily my doctor doesn't think this will happen," she said.

Whenever Kim felt worried, she seeks counsel to her doctor, Dr. Paul Crane who has been a good friend to the Kardashians for years now, Hollywood Life reported.

"I have some days I get SO scared but then I speak to my doctor, Dr. Paul Crane, and he always calms me down. He has been my doctor forever-he was my mom's doctor who delivered me!" Kim said.
