1. Stress or Tension

If you are constantly stressed out and also notice that you are getting frequent headaches, you may have a tension headache. You'll notice if you have this headache because your muscles will feel tight in your head, scalp, or neck. These aren't like migraines, and a lot of people experience them.

If you're stressed, you may be unknowingly tightening muscles in your head or neck, which can lead to these types of headaches. 

Try relaxing and reducing your stress to help relieve these headaches. 

2. Prone to Migraines

Some people are prone to migraines, and this may be why are you experiencing more headaches.

There still needs to be a lot of research done on migraines, but many people think that they are genetic.

Migraines can have all kinds of triggers, from hormones to barometric pressures, to different types of foods or smells. Talk with your doctor about what you think your triggers are to figure out how to treat these. 

3. Dehydration

If you aren't drinking enough water, you may start to feel a headache come on. Experts aren't sure exactly why this happens, but they think it may be the blood volume drops which means that your brain isn't getting enough oxygen.

If you think your headaches are a cause of dehydration, you should try and notice other dehydration signs. Try drinking water when you feel a headache coming and see if that helps it go away.

4. Sinus Issues

If you also notice symptoms like a fever or phlegm, this may indicate a sinus infection, and you should talk to your doctor. 

5. Chronic Diseases

Some other chronic diseases may also be causing your constant headaches. It could be a sign of diseases such as lupus, diabetes, and fibromyalgia. 

Headaches are one symptom that could be caused by so many different things, so if you aren't exactly sure what the cause is, you should always talk to your doctor. You may something bigger to deal with than just chronic headaches.
