The Victoria's Secret model shared some details about her personal life. She recently admitted that she suffered from panic attacks, due to anxiety disorder. But, she has finally coped up and maintains a healthy body and mind with her diet and fitness routine.

As per Daily Mail, Kendall Jenner works very hard to maintain a health state of mind and body with the help of her personal trainer, Gunnar Peterson. Peterson works with the Kardashians, Jennifer Lopez and Angelina Jolie.
"Kendall is in here busting her ass, I challenge you to do her workout," Peterson said. "I will put you through it, you come over.'
Jenner reportedly works out twice a day, which helps her gain her fit body. She even flaunted her abs at a party in the Winter Bumbleland, which she earned through her hard work.
Kendall Jenner Struggled From Anxiety And Panic Attacks
As per Paper Mag, Jenner, who seems like she has a perfect life, recently admitted that she went through anxiety and panic attacks. The Pepsi model has her share of struggles as she was growing up.
"I wake up in the middle of the night freaking out," Jenner shared. "Full panic attacks. They wake me up from my sleep, and I need to stand up and I pace and I am freaking out and crying. I do not feel normal and I like to feel as normal as I possibly can."
Kendall Jenner, a beautiful, young model unveiled that her family and friends helped her throughout her tough times. She even stated that her first heartbreak made her feel like she was going to kill herself - fortunately, she did not.
