Drew Barrymore has always been open about her desire to shed some excess pounds and her spring clean diet helped her achieve her desired body. According to Hollywood Reporter, the "Santa Clarita Diet" actress has been holding on to health regimen.

Drew Barrymore And Her Healthy Diet 

Barrymore is reportedly getting some diet help from Kooshi Gourmet and a health consultation company called, Beverly Hills Kitchen Coach. Barrymore reportedly has a food choice that she prefers to follow, which is helpful in her diet.

"Deprivation diets do not work in the long run," Kitchen Coach said. "Once people learn to eat to nourish and fuel their bodies, they do not feel hungry and that is when they see results."

Drew Barrymore Shows Importance Of Parent's Love

A recent report from Huffington Post claimed that Drew Barrymore has always showed how important it is to show children you love them. She has always showed her daughters how much she loves them and also wants other parents to know the importance of simple pleasures.

Barrymore's IG post gained 82,300 likes and 641 comments after it was posted. The "Charlie's Angels" actress even highlighted the funny side of parenting, as she joked how important it is to be a prepared parent.
