Will David Fincher Join To Direct “World War Z 2?”

According to Movie Web, David Ellison, film producer and CEO of Skydance Media, is highly busy in in the production of “World War Z 2.” Recently, Ellison has revealed that the production house wants David Fincher to direct the movie.

Ellison was even asked about the status of upcoming movie “World War Z 2,” followed by David Fincher’s potential involvement. His answer is full of confusing words.

According to him, the script is already ready and they are very happy with it. However, they still hope that “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button” David Fincher gives his final touch, as reported by Collider.

David Flincher’s constant success from his movies like “The Social Network,” “Zodiac,” “Panic Room,” and “Gone Girl," has provoked the production team including actor Brad Pitt to make him the director. Although the plot is not revealed, but Brad Pitt may be having similar role that he had last time in “World War Z.” He played the role of a former United Nation Investigator, Gerry Lane who traveled the globe to stop a zombie pandemic.
