In October last year, Respawn Entertainment released the first-person shooter video game "Titanfall 2," the sequel to its 2014 predecessor. The game has received generally positive reviews from critics and gamers alike, and since then has sold over 9 million units.

It was even honored as the "Best Online Multiplayer" during last year's Game Critics Awards, and has also received four nominations during last year's Game Awards. The latest news surrounding "Titanfall 2" is that there is a server side update arriving tomorrow. Here's what it includes. According to PlayStation Lifestyle, "Titanfall 2" will see a server side update tomorrow, featuring balancing tweaks and fixes.

Such fixes include a new type of logging to report player connection quality that would help Respawn track down reports of "Titanfall 2" games that lag and disconnect. There has been a drastic reduction of requirements for Match Loss Protection, as well as an increased chance of not getting a match loss for joining a game late. Gamers will also notice that there is now an increased direct Pilot hit damage for Gravity Star, as well as increased damage on the Flatline, R-97, Spitfire, L-Star, Double Take, EPG, and Thunderbolt.

The server side update arriving tomorrow for "Titanfall 2" has also fixed several issues, including stability issues, issues with Legion Overcore not being available after use of Smart Core, issues with collision on Crashsite, and bad AI navigation on Complex. Meanwhile, the studio has also addressed issues with the Ion Vortex Shield being dependent on the frame rate. Meanwhile, "Titanfall 2" gamers should also note that a larger patch is also under development in Respawn.

In other "Titanfall 2" news, VG247 reported that the game will not be released on the upcoming Nintendo Switch. Respawn senior designer Mohammad Alavi admitted that although he is excited about the new console, "Titanfall 2" will unfortunately not be able to fit into the console.
