Contrary to recent reports, Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx did not have a secret wedding in Cabo San Lucas. Over time, tabloids have been making fabricated cover stories regarding the couple.

Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx allegedly got married last month, according to a cover page of Star Magazine. However, Gossip Cop claims that the report is entirely false and no, the couple did not get married in a small intimate ceremony on a tropical island. Only a handful was allegedly invited, including the immediate family of the couple and their respective daughters Suri and Annalise.

An insider tells the online tabloid that Holmes and Foxx exchanged vows right after they arrived at the private island. The insider added that It was just Katie Holmes, Jamie Foxx and the kids, who were simply adorable as flower girls. More so, the alleged insider also claimed that Suri sent her dad (Tom Cruise) some snapshots during the private ceremony. The insider went on to say that Cruise greatly favored the union and had some lovely words sent back for his ex-wife and Foxx.

The suspicious insider then added that Jamie Foxx and Katie Holmes continued the celebration of their blessed union until New Year’s Eve, throwing a huge party at the actor’s Los Angles home. The guest list allegedly included big-shot stars like Leonardo DiCaprio, Jay-Z and Beyonce alongside the actress’ former co-stars in “Dawson’s Creek.”

To top it all off, the insider said Jamie Foxx and Katie Holmes are planning to have a baby soon. However, representatives for Holmes and Foxx both denied such claims, giving a definite answer that the two aren’t secretly married. There was no New Year’s Eve party as the insider claimed as well. News like these should always be taken with a grain of salt unless the involved parties themselves release a statement confirming rumors.
