A Beverly Hills psychiatrist who treated Anna Nicole Smith has had her license suspended over her conviction for writing prescriptions for the Playboy Playmate under false names, according to California medical board officials.

According to court documents, Dr. Khristine Eroshevich and The Medical Board of California reached a settlement, and Eroshevich admitted to her conviction of a crime in the Anna Nicole case as well as making false statements in a psychiatric report that was unrelated to Anna Nicole.

The Board on March 20 decided to suspend Eroshevich's medical license for 90 days and to put her on probation for 5 years for wrongly prescribing opiates and other misconduct.

The board ordered Eroshevich to take classes on prescribing ethics and to undergo psychiatric and medical evaluations, and when she returns to practicing medicine she will be supervised by a monitor approved by the state's licensing agency.

A jury had in October 2010 initially convicted Eroshevich of two felonies, but in one was later thrown out and the other was reduced to a misdemeanor and she was sentenced to one year probation.

Eroshevich was with Anna when the former Playmate checked into the Florida hotel where she had later died of an accidental overdose on Feb. 8, 2007, according to Associated Press.

Eroshevich had authorized all 11 prescription medications in the room where Anna was found unresponsive and more than 600 pills which included 450 muscle relaxants had been missing from prescriptions that were no more than five weeks old.
